Live Recorded Pilates with Squishy Ball
This class is set to no music but is a live recorded class of pilates based on spinal movement, stretching and core strengthening. We use a squishy ball as a prop and a mat but otherwise it's all body.

Live Recorded Lengthen, Tone and Stretch Full Body Week of March 4th
This full body workout uses big dynamic moves to open the body first and release tension, then tones with body weight. We'll use the chair at the end to get a hip stretch in and rebalance.

Weekly Tone Feb 12 Lengthening Legs and Hips Full Body
This full body workout focuses on opening the smaller muscles around the hips in order to create the ability for the legs, core and glutes to work in a lengthened position with focus. We'll use a chair for a deep hip stretch and a towel to assist with the back and arms.

This full body sculpt and tone class uses body weight for legs and abs and light weight for arms. With an emphasis on opening the hamstrings first we work through out back to release in order to get to the low abs.

This weekly tone is designed to challenge the full body with light weights creating length and tone in the muscles. Weekly tones are created to be done 3 to 5 x a week along with the weekly active recovery.
