This workout combines dynamic movement targeted at the larger muscle groups to open and rebalance the body and eccentric strengthening to lengthen the muscles under tension. This creates flexibility, mobility and tone while helping to prevent and heal injuries. All bodyweight is used in this video and it's set to music. This can be done several times a week in addition to other movement forms.
