This full body sculpt and tone sequence will stretch muscles first and define them after using body weight and light weights as resistance. We'll use standing and mat exercises that aim to ensure the smaller muscles have an opportunity to work in order to achieve a balanced body. Light weights 1lb to 5lbs, and a mat are required. Suitable for intermediate to advanced levels.
