This full body , all standing lengthen and tone class combines the principles of the lengthening class with the sculpt series and provides the flexible and lengthen with an extra challenge to increase the toning and strengthening. Light weights are required from 1 to 5lbs and some work in the lengthen + tone series without the weight should also be done.
